HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW WRIT - B No. - 1205 of 2025 Court No. - 5 HON'BLE ALOK MATHUR, J. 1. Heard Sri Rahul Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for State-respondent Nos. 1 to 3, Sri Kaushal Mani Tripathi, Advocate who has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No. 4 and Sri Diwakar Prasad Twiari, Advocate who has also filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No. 11 which are taken on record. 2. Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the order dated 29.10.2025 passed by Board of Revenue, U.P., Lucknow wherein the petitioner challenged the order dated 28.08.2025 passed by Sub-Divisional Officer, Payagpur which was an interim order passed in favour of private respondents. The Board of Revenue was of the view that the order dated 28.08.2025 is an interlocutory order against which no revision is maintainable. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner also could not justify as to how a revision could be maintainable against an interim order considering the specific provisions of Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code which bar revision against the interlocutory order. 4. The petitioner in any case can approach the Sub-Divisional Magistrate before whom the proceedings are pending. 5. In the aforesaid circumstances, no interference is called for by this Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Rahul Kumar Shukla, Shivam Srivastava Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
