[2] This present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs: i. ISSUE RULE, calling upon the respondents, to show cause as to why a Writ of Mandamus and/or in the nature thereof, directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the Demand Notice dated 09.04.2025 in accordance with law within a definite period, as may be determined by the Hon'ble High Court; ii. After hearing the parties, be pleased to make the Rules absolute in terms of Prayer No. i above; iii) Costs of and incidental to this proceeding: vi) Any other Relief(s) as to this Hon'ble High Court may deem fit and proper” [3] After perusal of the record, it has been seen that the petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 9.04.2025 in the form of legal notice through his engaged counsel, addressed to respondent Nos. 1 and 2, in connection with his grievances but till date the petitioner herein has not got any fruitful answer from the concerned respondents. [4] In view of the pendency of the legal notice dated 09.04.2025 before the respondents, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this present writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondent(s) to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
