(ii). Any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem, fit, just and proper may also kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner." 4. It has been informed that an application on behalf of the petitioner under Section 173(4) B.N.S.S is pending consideration before the competent Court, therefore, without entering into the merits of the issue, we hereby dispose of this petition finally at the admission stage having expectations that the pending application of the petitioner would be disposed with expedition, strictly in accordance with law.
