Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was initially engaged in service on 27.05.1985 and has subsequently superannuated on 30.06.2025 but pensionary benefits are being calculated and granted taking into service from the year 1992 while ignoring earlier service rendered by him from 1985. 3. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Director, Economics and Statistic Department, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order. 4.
