Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press the present writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as not pressed, with liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the said F.I.R. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
