ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action on the part of the respondent No.3 and 4 in supporting/aiding the respondents No.5 to 7 for encouraging again for digging the road infront of my house bearing Door No.4-38 for performing peerla Festival by bringing JCB on 24.08.2019, as the respondents No.5 to 7 are not having any permission to perform Peerla Festival for that digging the road in front my house which has been obstructed by me due to not having the way go into my house and as the peerla function creating fire by using Bamboo sticks and other inflammable material and the same will raise the heavy temperature as arbitrary, illegal, and violate the fundamental rights guaranteed to me under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No.2 to 4 not to permit to perform peerla festival infront of my House Bearing Door No.4-38 and also stop digging further digging of the land forthwith and pass…”
2. Heard learned counsel representing Sri G.Kondala Rao,,
learned counsel for the writ petitioner, learned counsel for the unofficial respondent and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel on both sides would submit that the cause of action in the writ petition does not survive and therefore, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
