None has appeared to press this petition today. 3. It appears that the petition has lost its efficacy. Even otherwise the petitioner should have approached the District Magistrate or the Chief Development Officer concerned raising a complaint against the Gram Pradhan of the Gaon Sabha. If there is a cause still subsisting he may do so now unless there is any legal impediment. 4. Disposed of.
