The present writ petition is filed being aggrieved by the action of the 2nd respondent in partly demolishing the compound wall of the land of petitioner admeasuring an extent of Ac.5.08 cents in Sy.No.1576/328, 329 (C.A.S.No.657), Nellore Bit-1, 19th Ward, Nellore Town, SPSR Nellore District, and in attempting to further demolish the compound wall and other structures without following due process of law. 2. This Court, vide an order dated 08.05.2025, had directed the parties to the writ petition to maintain status quo. 3. The petitioner has filed I.A. No.2 of 2025 along with an affidavit, stating that subsequent to the filing of the present writ petition, the 1st respondent issued G.O.Ms. No.134, dated 26.07.2025, amending the A.P. Regularization of Unapproved Layouts and Plots Rules, 2020 and extended the cut-off date for making applications for regularization. Pursuant thereto, the petitioner made an application for regularization of the subject unapproved layout. However, upon verification, the officials of the 2nd respondent corporation informed the petitioner that the application for regularization would be considered only if the present writ petition was withdrawn. Hence, the petitioner seeks leave of this -3- W.P. No.12379 of 2025 Date of order:08.09.2025 Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to file a fresh writ petition in the event of any fresh cause of action and to protect the interest of the petitioner until consideration of the application for regularization. 4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I.A. No.2 of 2025 is allowed, and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if so advised. 5.
