Sri P.N. Rai, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents no.1 and 3 states that award in respect of the acquisition has been declared on 25.09.2023. 3. Counsel for the petitioners pray for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to challenge the award. 4. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of with liberty in terms of the prayer.
