In view of the proposed order, notice to opposite party no.3 is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of this petition, the petitioner has assailed the impugned FIR bearing FIR/Case Crime No.0178 of 2025, under Sections 352, 115(2), 309(6), 351(3) of B.N.S. 2023 and Section 3(2)(5) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station- Itiya Thok, District- Gonda. 4. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested that the petitioner may be given liberty to file anticipatory bail application before the competent court of law and direction may be issued to decide the same with expedition. 5. Therefore, without entering into merits of the issue and considering the aforesaid request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to file anticipatory bail application before the competent court of law within a period of three weeks from today and if the anticipatory bail application is filed within the aforesaid Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Alok Srivastava, Pranav Tivaree Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
