In pursuance of the earlier order dated 09.10.2025, the victim is present today before this Court alongwith Sub Inspector- Mr. Ajit Kumar and Lady Constable- Ms. Priyanka Yadav, Police Station- Krishna Nagar, District- Lucknow. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant requests for withdrawal of the application/petition in place of arguing the case. 5. There is no objection by the other side. 6. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn.
