Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned state counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking following prayers:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing & commanding the respondents to pay permissible monthly salary for the period he remained suspended i.e. 05.05.2021 to 31.07.2023 alongwith interest accrued thereon @12% per annum within a short period. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing & commanding the respondents to provide consequential service benefits including annual increment etc. treating the suspension period as regular and continue service period." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that petitioner had made a representation for aforesaid reliefs in pursuance of recommendation dated 5th August, 2024 which is still pending consideration. 4. Since petitioner's grievances would require consideration of factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before opposite party No. 1 i.e. Additional Chief Secretary,Medical Health Department, Government of U.P., Lucknow or any other competent authority. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided taking into account recommendation dated 5th August, 2024 within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 5.
