The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that sufficient reasons are shown in the Application which prevented the Applicant from filing the Appeal within the stipulated time. He submits that the Application be allowed. 3. The learned AGP for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and the learned Advocate for Respondent No.3 / Acquiring Body oppose the Application and submit that no sufficient reasons are shown in the Application. They submit that the Application be rejected. 4. On hearing all the sides and for the reasons mentioned in para nos.2 to 6 of the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause ‘B’.
