2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted a letter before the Registry dated 02.07.2025, seeking for permission of this Court to withdraw the present contempt case, stating that during the pendency of the contempt case, the

respondents passed a speaking order dated 08.01.2025. Therefore, no further orders are necessary in the contempt case.
3. In view of the speaking order passed by the respondents, permission is accorded to withdraw the contempt case. No costs.
