This Court on 10.12.2024 had passed the following order :- "1. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the First Information Report dated 08.10.2024 bearing Case Crime No.0447/2024, under Sections 85, 115(2) B.N.S. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Phoolbehar, District Kheri. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the impugned F.I.R. is an outcome of matrimonial dispute and the petitioners want to settle the same through mediation, therefore, he prays that the matter may be referred to the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court. To show the bona fide, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 (husband) is ready and willing to place before this Court a demand draft of Rs.50,000/- in favour of opposite party no.4-wife on the next date. 4. On his request, list this case on 03.01.2025. 5. By the said date, demand draft of Rs.50,000/- in favour of wife-opposite party no.4 shall be placed before this Court". 4. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions received on 2.1.2025 from Sri Sharvan Kumar, Sub-inspector, police station Phoolbehar, district Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Kishan Tiwari, Shrayansh Verma Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Raju Pal And Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home, Civil Sectt. Lko. And Others .....Respondent(s) Kheri, which is taken on record, submits that the charge-sheet no. 414/2024 dated 24.11.2024 was forwarded in the matter, therefore, this petition has lost its efficacy and it appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter. 5.
