According to the applicants, they already filed the application to receive the additional documents in A.No.3940 of 2025 and the same was allowed. Now in order to mark those documents, they filed this application to re-open the plaintiffs evidence. 3. Despite several adjournments given to the respondents they have not filed any counter. 4.
