A gun license was issued to the petitioner by District Magistrate, Haridwar, which was cancelled on 30.08.2022, based on an FIR lodged against him. Subsequently, petitioner was acquitted by the Trial Court, and he thereafter, moved an application seeking recall of the cancellation order, which was dismissed on 11.04.2023. Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioner has approached this Court challenging the cancellation order and also the order passed on the recall application. 4. Learned State Counsel points out that petitioner has remedy of Appeal under Section 18 of Arms Act, 1959. 5. This position is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. 6.
