The non- applicant/appellant, i.e., New India Assurance Company, has no objection to release the awarded amount in the case at hand. Other than the aforesaid, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, along with interest accrued thereupon, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants in terms of their shares as determined in the award dated 22.10.2021 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kinnaur at Rampur Bushahr. The amount be remitted to their bank accounts, details whereof have been given in para 6 of the application, subject to proper verification of their identities. The application stands disposed of.
