[2] Learned advocate Mr. Shriraj Shah for the petitioner submitted that the application of the petitioner for the purpose deciding the scheme is pending in the office of the Charity Commissioner, Ahmedabad since 2019 and the petitioner is the Objector of the scheme. It is the grievance of the petitioner that since 2019, the Charity Commissioner has not decided the application and kept pending as it is with no order. The objections C/SCA/4483/2025 ORDER DATED: 19/08/2025 of the petitioner are not decided. Learned advocate Mr. Shah for the petitioner, at this stage, does not press this petition on merits, however, seeks permission to approach the Charity Commissioner with an application for expeditious decision on the application pending since 2019. [3] Permission, as prayed for, is granted. [4] Present petition is disposed of as not pressed at this stage. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the Charity Commissioner by way of application requesting, inter alia, to expedite the hearing of the application pending since 2019.
