This is an application for restoration of the revisional application being No. CRR 1514 of 2022 to its original file and number. 2. Both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners as well as State to this application are present. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that the matter was listed after mentioning before the Court but it was not intimated whether the prayer for mentioning was allowed or not. 4. However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party opposes the reason assigned by the petitioners contending, inter alia, that there is no such practice in the High Court to inform again after the prayer for mentioning is allowed by the Court. 5. However, considering the opportunity of being heard, the petitioners are being given an opportunity to advance their 2 submission before this Court in connection with the revisional application. 6.
