ORDER: Heard Ms.Aishwarya Nagula, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State.
2. As can be seen from the office note, notice, which was sent to / / respondent No.2, is not served.
Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petition may be disposed of by passing appropriate orders without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners.

4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. Considering the submissions made, since there is a stay in this matter and case is at prime stage, this Criminal Petition is disposed of without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner. This Court makes it clear that this Court has not expressed anything touching the merits of the case. However, the police are directed to issue notice under 35(3) BNSS (41A Cr.P.C.) to the petitioners in this matter and conclude the investigation within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a

4 copy of this order and file a report according to law. Further, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge if anything goes against them, if so advised. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
