Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents no.1 to 3, and Sri Ayush Tandon, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4. 2. Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the first information report dated 26.08.2025 bearing no.0768, under Sections 74, 78, 351(3) and 352 of B.N.S., lodged at Police Station Sushant Golf City, District Lucknow. Further prayer is for a mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance to the aforesaid FIR. 3. Upon filing of the petition, it was contended that the petitioner and respondent no.4 have entered into a compromise vide the compromise deed dated 01.09.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-3 to the petition. 4. This Court vide order dated 10.09.2025 had required the compromise deed to be placed before the learned Senior Registrar of this Court for verification of the said compromise. 5. In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 10.09.2025 the Senior Registrar of this Court vide his report dated 18.09.2025 has verified the compromise between the petitioner and respondent no.4. 6. As per the said compromise, the petitioner and respondent no.4 have Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ajai Kumar, Sachin Yadav Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A., Fazal Haider Zaidi Zain Khan .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy./Prin. Secy. Home Lko. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) agreed to end the dispute between themselves amicably. 7. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed. The proceedings of FIR No.0768, under Sections 74, 78, 351(3) and 352 of B.N.S., lodged at Police Station Sushant Golf City, District Lucknow, are quashed. October 6, 2025 A.
