Case Page No.# 2/3 No. 171/2025 under Sections 21(b)/29 of the NDPS Act. 3. The gist of accusation in this case is that on 07.08.2025, one Juganta Medhi, SI of Police of Laharighat had lodged an FIR before the Officer-in-charge of Laharighat Police Station, inter alia, alleging that an information was received through reliable sources regarding the selling of heroin near Borbori Laharighat Police Station. During the search operation, the husband of the petitioner was not found and 93.55 grams of suspected heroin was recovered there from. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that bare perusal of the FIR would show that the information received by the police was regarding involvement of the husband in the recovery of the suspected drugs.
