2. Facts, in brief,.of the case are that on 24.08.2020, at about 4.30 pm., the c7e /c,c,a co77€P/CZZ'77CZ72, lodged a report With the POliCe, stating that, in relation to the business relationship between him and the lst petitioner/accused No.1 concerning the supply of bricks, certain amounts remain outstanding between 'them. Due to this financial dispute, he was allegedly abducted by the petitioners in an attempt to settle the matter. Based on the report, the Station House Officer, Nallapadu Police Station, Guntur Urban Districtu registered a case in Crime No. 812 of 2020 and investigated into. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 4. Sri Arun Showri G, learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 to 4, submits that although the report was registered way back in the year 2020, the police have only recently commenced the investigation in this case. The petitioners have not committed any offence and they were falsely implicated in this case. The petitioners would abide by any condition to be imposed by this court. -- xp, S

Per confra, Sri Neelothpal GanJ'i, the learned Assistant public prosecutor, opposed in granting of bail stating that the police examined four witnesses only and the investigation is under progress; if the petitioners are enlarged on bail, they would not be available for the investigation and escape from the clutches of law; and urged to dismiss the bail petition. 6. Considering the fact that the crime dates back tO the year 2020 and that the genesis of the complaint arises from a monetary dispute settlement, this Court is inclined to consider request of petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail. 7.
