The petitioner wishes to challenge an order dated 10.07.2013, passed by the Consolidation Officer, Tehsil- Nawabganj, District- Barabanki, as according to him the land which was banjar has incorrectly been recorded in the name of respondent no.7. 3. This is hardly a matter to be seen in a public interest litigation. The Collector is competent enough to look into the matter and if there is a cause to see as to whether correction of record or any other proceedings are required to protect the land which is under the control of the Gaon Sabha, especially as it is submitted by Ms. Isha Mittal, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel that an application for restoration of the said proceedings in which the order impugned was passed is pending at the behest of another private person. The petitioner may inform the Collector. 4. With the aforesaid observations, this petition is disposed of.
