Case No. 73/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 238 & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Deoghar. 3. On 15.08.2024, three children of the family of informant went missing. Suspicion was raised upon this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons that due to previous enmity they might have committed their murder. Later on, dead body of these children were recovered from a pond. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no material available against the petitioner on record. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Considering the fact that apart from suspicion there is no material available against the petitioner on record, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
