1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.167 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 105 of BNS, Police Station Dewa, District Barabanki. 3. In terms of the FIR, allegations were levelled that all the accused named in the FIR caused injuries to the brother of the informant, which resulted in grievous injury and thereafter death. 4. The submission of the Counsel for the applicant is that the general role has been assigned to all the accused including the applicant of causing injuries and three of the co-accused, namely, Shiba Bano, Munauvar Ali and Nisar @ Chotu have been enlarged on bail vide separate orders. He further argues that the recovery of weapon and the confessional statement of the applicant have no evidentiary value as the two witnesses to the recovery are the interested witnesses and not independent witnesses. 5.
