The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking following reliefs: (a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 03.02.2020 vide - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:3865 WP No. 7517 of 2020 Annexures-'L' to 'O' and in furtherance to that direct the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners in pursuance of the Resolution dated 07.12.2017 vide Annexure-K and fix the price of the houses allotted to the petitioners at old rate, in accordance with the law. (b) Issue a Writ of Certiorari to quash the endorsements dated 22.04.2019 issued by the second respondent vide Annexures-Q to T and in furtherance to that allotment cancellation order dated 02.03.2020 vide Annexures-U to X issued by the second respondent. 3. Counsel Sri.Ajit Kalyan., submits that the petitioners are not pressing prayer (b). The oral submission made by counsel for the petitioners about non-pressing of prayer (b) is placed on record. 4. As far as prayer (a) is concerned, counsel for the petitioners submits that a Mandamus may be ordered directing the second respondent to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners vide Annexures-'L' to 'O'. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:3865 WP No. 7517 of 2020 The oral submission made by counsel for the petitioners is placed on record. 5. A Mandamus is ordered directing the second respondent to consider the representations dated 03.02.2020 submitted by the petitioners vide Annexures-'L' to 'O' in accordance with the law if not considered as of today, within eight weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order. 6.
