Page No.# 4/4 This is an application praying for extension of 7 (seven) days time to deposit Rs. 50,00,000/- (Rupees fifty lakhs) only, after deducting the amount already paid, as directed by this Court to deposit the said amount within 15 (fifteen) days with effect from 29.08.2025. Mr. Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that despite best effort, the applicant could not deposit the amount within the stipulated time as the applicant could not collect the entire amount due to the unavoidable circumstances. He, however, submits that by now the applicant has collected the entire amount and would deposit within 7 (seven) days. Therefore, he prays for extension of 7 (seven) days time to deposit the aforesaid amount, as directed by this Court on 29.08.2025. Having considered the submissions and the averments made in the application, I find that the prayer for extension of 7 (seven) days to deposit the amount of Rs. 50,00,000/-, after deducting the amount already paid, appears to be reasonable. Accordingly, the applicant is granted further time of 7 (seven) days to deposit the amount of Rs. 50,00,000/- (Rupees fifty lakhs) only, after deducting the amount already paid.
