The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief(s): “10.1 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no.4 to conduct fair and independent enquiry with respect to crime no. 906/2024 registered at police station Khamtarai Distt. Raipur (C.G.) and complete the same within stipulated time as this Hon’ble Court deems fit looking to the facts and circumstances of the case. 10.2 Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deems fit and proper looking to the facts and circumstances of the case may also be awarded to the petitioner including the cost and expenses of this petition. An affidavit in support of this petition is filed herewith.” 3. On perusal of the prayers in the present petition, it transpires that the present petition is drafted with the prayers which are defective one as there is no mention of date of registration of the FIR as 3 well as there is no mention of the offences under which the FIR has been registered, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition with such a vague and sketchy prayers, to which learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file afresh with proper prayers. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection. 5. Accordingly the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn on the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for subject to depositing a sum of Rs.2,000/- as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court and submit a receipt of the same at the time of filing of the fresh petition, if any, and the amount so deposited, if any, shall be transmitted to the Government Children’s Home for Orthopedically Handicapped, Mana Camp, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. 6. Certified copy of the FIR vide Annexure P/1, a copy of the written complaint dated 08.11.2024 vide Annexure P/2, a copy of the complaint dated Annexure P/3 as well as a copy of the complaint dated 20.12.2024, shall be returned to the petitioner after obtaining photostate copies of the same.
