Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned state counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 30th August, 2025 whereby petitioner has been transferred from Rampur region to Bareilly region. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that opposite parties have not considered the aspect that since relieving order has been passed after almost two months of the transfer order, it is in violation of paragraph 520 of the U.P. Regulations. He also submits that transfer order has been passed in mid session thereby effecting studies of petitioner's children. 4. For the said grievance petitioner seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before the opposite parties. 5. Considering innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before opposite party No. 2 i.e. Inspector General of Police (Establishment), U.P., Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 6.
