Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that police are interfering in the civil dispute. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the police are not interfering and the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the Civil Court having jurisdiction. There shall be no order as to costs.
