Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The petitioner has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to Court of Special Judicial Magistrate (ATS), Lucknow (in short "trial Court") to proceed with and conclude the Case no. 4305865 of 2016 (State vs Jitendra Kumar Lakhmani), arising out of FIR No. 0840/2015 dated 11.11.2015, Police Station - Ghazipur, Lucknow, under Sections 323, 506, 419, 420, 406, 467, 468 & 471 IPC, which is pending since 2016, within a time frame. 3. The aforesaid case of the petitioner is pending since 2016 without any substantial progress, though charges have been framed. He, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the trial Court to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the trial Court is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law without giving any unnecessary adjournments. 5.
