The Court made the following Order: The petitioners are arraigned as Accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.112 of 2025, on the file of TotapaIIi Gundur Police Station, Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore District, registered under Sections 109(1),191(2),191(3),118(1), 351 (2) read with Section 190 of the BNS. 2. It is submitted that the petitioners have filed a priorcomplaint which was registered as Crime No.112 of 2025 however registration of crime was delayed and crime 115 of 2025 was registered on the strength of the complaint lodged by the petitioner. 3. Considering the case and between the petitioners and the de facto complainant in crime No.112 of 2025 the petitioners shall be enlarged on bail in the event of their arrest, subject to the following condition:- i) The petitioners shall be enlarged on bail in the event of their arrest upon furnishing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only), along with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of the Totapalli Gundur Police Station, Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore District. 6.
