SREENIVASA REDDY Writ Petition No.13561 of 2024 Order: This Writ Petition has been filed to declare the action of respondent No.2 in issuing the proceedings dated 26.06.2024 extending the lease in favour of respondent No.3 for a further period of three (3) months in respect of contract of Hundies/Offering items of Dargah Hazrath Kareemulla Shah Quadri (Rh), situated at Kasmuru village, SPSR Nellore district, without conducting public auction, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Today, when the matter came up for admission, Sri M. Hidayatullah, learned counsel, representing Sri G. Suryam, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the matter has become infructuous. 3. In view of the said reason, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
