The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that aggrieved by the resolution dated 09.05.2025 passed in the general meeting of the 2nd respondent in proposing the removal of the statue of Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy from the existing place near Gandhi Centre, Chandarlapadu Road, Nandigama. 2. The learned standing counsel for the 2nd respondent submits that the 2nd respondent is not taking any steps as on date for removal of the statute as alleged and that any proposal to remove the same and they would follow the guidelines of GOMs.No.18, dated 18.02.2013. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the statue was installed prior to the issuance of GO and that SLP is pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Any action which is proposed by the 2nd respondent would have to be in accordance with the directions passed in SLP pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off, without costs.
