Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State counsel for opposite parties. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking the following main relief:- "(i). A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties to pay the benefit of enhanced pay scale to the petitioner notionally as the G.O. dated 08.09.2010 which has already paid to her other counter parts as well as employees junior to the petitioner." 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party No.2 i.e. Director, Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe, Research and Training Institute, Uttar Pradesh, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
