Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:- "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to consider the petitioner for second and third Assured Career Progression (ACP) in the light of G.O. dated 05.11.2014 as contained in Annexure No.5 to this writ petition with all consequential benefits of pay and allowances, including arrears of difference of salary." 3. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.3 i.e. Superintending Engineer (Monitoring Cell) Sinchai Bhawan, Cantt Road, Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order. 4.
