For the Respondent: Mr. Anup Rattan, Advocate General with Mr. Rajan Kahol, Mr. Vishal Panwar and Mr. B.C.Verma, Additional Advocate Generals and Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General. _______________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): While placing on record communication dated 10.04.2025, issued under the signatures of Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Ravi Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General states that as per direction issued by this Court, Department sought station of choice from the petitioner and the petitioner was adjusted at Government Senior Secondary School, Bajrol, District Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh against vacant post vide order dated 25.07.2024 as per his choice. Learned Deputy Advocate General further states that repeatedly petitioner has been adjusted on his request and it may not be possible for the respondents to post 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 him against the post of Lecturer (English) at Government Senior Secondary School, Kuthera, District Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh. 2. Taking note of the fact that petitioner has already completed two years six months at present place of posting i.e. Government Senior Secondary School Galore, District Hamirpur, coupled with the fact that he has been posted at Government Senior Secondary School Bajrol pursuant to choice given by him, this Court sees no reason to interfere with the impugned transfer order and as such, same is upheld, with a direction to respondents to permit the petitioner to join at Government Senior Secondary School, Bajrol, District Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh in terms of order dated 25.07.2024. Ordered accordingly. 3. In the aforesaid terms, the present petition is disposed of. Interim order is vacated. Needless to say, petitioner is always at liberty to file representation to the competent authority for his adjustment at new station on account of adverse family circumstances as have been apprised to this Court during the proceedings of the case, which in turn, shall be decided by the respondents sympathetically in terms of transfer policy.
