The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Herhanj P.S. Case No. 05 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 17, 18 & 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Latehar. 3. On 21.01.2025 at about 11:00 A.M., Herhanj police on the basis of confidential information that poppy was cultivated in Mari Tola, Pandram, destructed the poppy cultivation. 4. It was submitted that name of the petitioner has come on the basis of information given by local persons, whose names have not been disclosed by the prosecution. It was further submitted that co- accused namely Baleshwar Yadav has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 2817/2025. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Latehar in connection with Herhanj P.S.
