Earlier the petitioner was appointed as Panchayat Karmi subsequently, the petitioner has been declared as Panchayat Secretary by the OfÏce of Deputy Director Panchayat & Social Welfare by exercising power under Section 69(1) of Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam 1993 preferred the present writ petition and seeking a direction towards the respondent for regularization of his service as a Panchayat Secretary. The petitioner has submitted a representation before the respondent no. 3 vide (Annexure P/4) on 28.03.2025. 2. The petitioner after arguing some time submits that the writ petition be disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to take a decision on the representation submitted by him. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the said prayer. 3 4. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Director to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law and take a decision within a period of 50 days.
