This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for a direction to the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Barabanki to decide the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2025 filed by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that raising her grievances the petitioner has filed the aforesaid representation before the respondent authority, however the same has not yet been decided. 4. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent No.2-District Magistrate, Barabanki should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the respondent No.2-District Magistrate, Barabanki is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from date a certified copy of this order is Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Anubhav Awasthi, Manoj Kumar Singh, Sourabh Pandey, Vinayak Tiwari Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
