The present applicant has been preferred to quash the charge sheet No. 01/2024 dated 26.12.2024 filed under Sections 354, 406, 506 IPC in Case Crime No. 0802/2024, Police Station Khairighat, District Bahraich and summoning order dated 9.6.2025, passed by the learned Civil Judge (J.D.)/F.T.C./, A.C.J.M, Bahraich in Criminal Case No. 18481 of 2025 (State Vs. Chandra Prakash Mishra and another). 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that no offence is made out against the applicants.The FIR has been registered on the basis of an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C (corresponding section 173(4) of BNSS). After investigation, the charge sheet has been filed. 4. Learned AGA has opposed the application. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that the applicant may file discharge application, if any, before the concerned trial court. 6.
