Tiwari, Special P.P. --- 03 / 26.08.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Saraiyahat P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 111, 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338 and 340(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 66(C) and 66(D) of the I.T. Act and section 42(3)(e) of the Telecom Act, pending in the court of Smt. Neha Jha, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka. 3. On 05.05.2025 at 12.00 noon, Saraiyahat Police on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled in village Mandaldih, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner along with co-accused persons. On search, one mobile phone is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the prosecution has not examined any witness to show that the mobile phone so recovered from the possession of the petitioner, was used in cheating him. 5. Mr. Shailendra Kumar Tiwari, learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Neha Jha, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka in connection with Saraiyahat P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
