Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 16.11.2024 whereby petitioner's representation seeking transfer from district Kaushambi to UP-112 District Etah has been rejected. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in the impugned order itself, it has been provided in paragraph - 6 that in case petitioner's husband is transferred elsewhere from 43rd Division PAC, Etah, petitioner's fresh representation would be considered. 4. It has been admitted by learned counsel for petitioner, on the basis of instructions, that aforesaid condition has not yet been fulfilled. Even otherwise, it is evident that petition has been filed filed after one year of passing of impugned order pertaining to transfer.
