JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 06-03-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 743 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 20(A), 20(B)(ii)(B), 25 of the NDPS Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 1.8 kg of Ganja and 32 pieces of Ganja plant from the petitioner. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2024. 5. Considering the huge recovery of Ganja, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. 7.
