Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed receipts executed by respondent No.2 for having paid a sum of Rs.2,46,500/- to respondent No.2 – Trived, who is present through video conferencing and acknowledges the receipt of the same towards full and final settlement of the claim against the petitioner. 4. The aforesaid submission is placed on record. 5. In the result, I proceed to pass the following: ORDER i) The petition is hereby allowed. ii) The impugned proceedings in Crime No.125/2024 registered by the respondent – Police on the file of the II Additional Senior Civil Judge and JMFC Court, Chikkaballapura insofar as the petitioner is concerned are quashed.
