Petitioners filed an application seeking maintenance under Section 125 CrPC, which was allowed by learned Family Court, Kotdwar, Pauri Garhwal, vide order dated 17.08.2023. Petitioners thereafter filed an application under Section 125 (3) CrPC on 22.09.2023, for enforcement of the said order, which is numbered as Misc. Criminal Case No. 111 of 2023. Thereafter, petitioners filed another application under Section 125 (3) CrPC on 02.12.2024, claiming arrears of maintenance, between the period 02.01.2024 to 01.12.2024, which is numbered as Misc. Criminal Case No. 96 of 2024. 4. Petitioners have sought a direction to learned Family Court, Kotdwara, Pauri Garhwal to expedite disposal of the aforesaid applications. 5. Having regard to the fact that petitioners are without any source of income, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to the Court concerned to make endeavour to decide the aforesaid two applications, within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
