Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to promote the petitioner on the post of Chief Administrative Officer having a Pay Band-3, Rs. 15,600 - 39,100 Grade Pay Rs-5400 and also grant the notional promotion along with arrears of salary for the post of Administrative Officer in Pay Band-3i.e. Rs. 9300 - 34,800 Grade Pay Rs-4200, Senior Administrative Officer Pay Band-3 in Rs.9300 - 34,800 Grade Pay Rs-4800 respectively from the date when the petitioner became eligible for promotion in terms of rule 7(2) to rule 7 (6) of The Uttar Pradesh Government Department Clerical Cadre Service Rules, 2014." 3. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before authority concerned who shall consider and decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order. 4.
