Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to decide petitioners' representation for posting in light of paragraph five of the Government order dated 06.05.2025 since petitioners have less than two years to superannuate. 3. Since consideration of petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioners to file a fresh individual representation before opposite party No. 2 i.e. Additional Director General of Police P.A.C., Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
